Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, it takes 1–5 business days for your order to be dispatched from the warehouse and the delivery time frame will be between 1 to 6 business days depending on the delivery company. Please note that once we ship your order, we don’t have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We’ll aim to work with the service provider to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible.
When will I get tracking information?
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email you placed your order with. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. Please note it can sometimes take up to 3 days for your tracking link to update.
I have received a damaged parcel. What do I do?
I am sorry to learn that your parcel was damaged during delivery but not to worry, we're here to help! For further assistance please reach out to our Electrical Products team at warehouse@electricalproducts.com.au . Please help to provide us with pictures/videos of your damaged parcel in order for us to escalate this issue.
If I am not home to receive the package, what happens?
If you didn't select the signature required, they'll leave it somewhere safe if a signature is required you will receive a card to collect the parcel from the courier.

Most of our orders are currently shipped via Australia Post, Toll, and Star Track Express.
